About Bantu Cash
What is Bantu Cash?
Bantu Cash ApS is a Denmark-based financial technology company building an inclusive digital platform for African communities and the diaspora. The planned ecosystem includes payments, remittances, wallet access through partners, virtual cards, merchant services and financial education.
Is Bantu Cash a bank?
No. Bantu Cash is being developed as a technology and distribution platform, not as a bank. Regulated financial services will be provided through appropriately licensed partners in markets where those products become available.
Where will Bantu Cash be available?
Availability will be introduced market by market. The strategy prioritises diaspora communities, Denmark, the Democratic Republic of Congo and selected East African markets before wider pan-African expansion. Confirmed launches will be announced through official channels.
Which languages does Bantu Cash support?
The website currently introduces Bantu Cash in English, French and Kiswahili. Language coverage inside specific products and support channels may vary by market and will be stated at launch.
App, accounts and transfers
Where can I access the Bantu Cash app?
Use the official app destination at www.bantu-cash.org. Avoid links from unexpected messages, and always check the address before entering account information.
Can I register through this website?
You can register your interest and receive launch updates through this website. Financial-account registration and identity verification will take place only inside an approved secure onboarding environment when available.
Can I send money now?
Product availability depends on your market and the current app release. Visit www.bantu-cash.org for the latest available services. The public website itself does not process transfers or collect payment credentials.
How much will a transfer cost?
Fees and exchange rates will depend on the route, amount, delivery method and regulated service partner. The complete price and expected recipient amount should be displayed before a customer confirms an available transaction.
How long does a transfer take?
Delivery time varies by route, payment method, receiving provider, weekends, holidays and required verification. An estimated time should be shown before confirmation; additional checks may sometimes cause delays.
Will Bantu Cash offer virtual cards or credit?
Virtual cards and future access to SME financing are part of the product strategy, but they are not available until formally announced. These products would remain subject to market availability, eligibility and regulated-partner approval.
Agents and businesses
What will a Bantu Cash agent do?
Agents are intended to help communities understand digital services, guide customers toward official onboarding and support local access. Exact responsibilities, checks and permitted activities will be defined for each launch market.
How can I become an agent?
Use the agent interest form on the Agents page. Registering interest is not an appointment or authorization. Selected applicants will receive information about verification, training and market-specific requirements before activation.
What services are planned for merchants?
Bantu Cash plans accessible payment and merchant tools for SMEs and informal traders. Features, fees and eligibility will be announced as the relevant technology and regulated partnerships become available.
Security and support
Will Bantu Cash ask for my password or PIN?
No. Never share a password, PIN or one-time security code by email, chat or telephone. The public website will not ask for card numbers or identity documents through an ordinary contact form.
How do I recognise an official Bantu Cash link?
The official app destination is www.bantu-cash.org. Check spelling carefully and avoid signing in through unexpected messages. Official website and support addresses will be published consistently on Bantu Cash channels.
What should I do if I suspect fraud?
Stop communicating with the suspected sender and do not approve further requests. Contact the relevant payment provider through its official support channel, secure affected accounts and preserve messages and transaction references. Contact your bank, mobile operator or local authorities when appropriate.
How will Bantu Cash protect customer information?
Bantu Cash intends to apply privacy, security, AML, KYC, consumer-protection and GDPR requirements appropriate to its role and markets. Sensitive information should be collected only through approved systems and used according to applicable notices and legal requirements.
How can I contact support?
For general website enquiries, use hello@bantougroupe.com. For account or transaction support, use the official support route shown inside the Bantu Cash app or by the regulated provider responsible for the service.
